SRQ Wealth’s Future Home

As many of you know, SRQ Wealth will soon be moving – but this will be our final move! After 23 years in this industry, and 16 owning our own business, we are grateful to finally own a building to call home.

Karin and I have been looking for just the right opportunity for 2-3 years. The first office condo we thought we were buying was part of a new construction project that never got off the ground.

Then, we intended to put an offer on a historical building (right across the street from our current office), but Bavaro’s Pizza beat us to it. Finally in May, just the right opportunity fell into our lap. We bought an old, “tired” building in a great location, and it is now going through a full renovation.

Seeing two deals not work out was disheartening. However, I’ve learned to thank God for “unanswered prayers.” Had I gotten what I wanted at first, it would not have been nearly as good as the building we ended up with. We are very excited about this building’s location, easy access and amenities to better serve clients.

To see the progress we are making with our new office “home,” check it out on Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. We are posting pictures and updates frequently. It look much different than this picture already!

Our new address will be One North Tuttle, and this building is large enough that we will have an extra suite to rent for now – for us to grow into later. The total building is 6,000 square feet. Our suite will be 3,500 square feet, and the rented suite will be 2,500 square feet.

So, if you know of anyone looking for brand new office space to rent, in a great location, please let us know! The rental space will be renovated and ready for occupancy sometime in January.

We hope to move into our new home before the end of this year. We are looking forward to giving you a tour as we welcome you to our new “home” in the New Year!
