As the Client Service Manager for SRQ Wealth, I support ongoing client service needs, whether it’s transaction activity, new account forms, orientation for new clients, research of client service issues, routine reporting for clients (tax or otherwise) or on-going/required correspondence. My role is to make sure our office runs smoothly and that our service team is delivering service excellence to our clients.
Since I’m often the main point of contact for incoming calls, it’s likely you’ve heard my voice when calling our office. My goal is to make sure you get the information you need in a timely, accurate and friendly manner. I am always learning new things in this profession and I strive to get better every single day.
A graduate of the University of Richmond, I earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. While in Virginia, I spent time working as an aide to a Virginia state representative before returning to Sarasota. Prior to joining SRQ Wealth in 2014, I also interned for a local law firm in Sarasota.
I am a former board member for the Sarasota Jazz Club and was active with Sarasota Toastmasters for several years, winning one of its local “Table Topics” speech contests in 2017.
My wife Katie is a curriculum specialist for the School Board of Manatee County. We have two cats, Odeon and Sigizmund and a beautiful English lab named Blue. In our spare time we enjoy travel, music, working on home improvements and supporting the local Bradenton Village of the Arts.
