Meet Tanie
As an Operations Support Associate, I support our advisors and operations team by helping keep day-to-day processes organized and running efficiently. From coordinating administrative tasks and managing client documentation to assisting with operational projects, I enjoy finding ways to improve processes so our team can deliver a seamless experience for every client.
Before joining SRQ Wealth, I built a diverse professional background spanning operations, analysis, education, and customer service. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Japanese and spent eight years living and working in Japan, where I developed a deep appreciation for organization, thoughtful communication, and attention to detail. Those experiences continue to shape how I approach teamwork, problem-solving, and client service today.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Yohei, whether we’re traveling or simply enjoying a quiet evening together. I’m passionate about botanical wellness and crafting, especially gardening and creating herbal tea blends, and I host monthly tea gatherings that celebrate good conversation, meaningful connection, and taking time to slow down. You’ll often find me outdoors with my two dogs, Elvis and Cooper, or watching the crows and other wildlife that have become regular visitors to my backyard.
