Meet Justin

Justin Salemy is a Partner, Wealth Advisor based in Sarasota, Florida with 16 years of experience in the field.

As a Partner, Justin advises clients while also overseeing firm-wide trading and playing a key role on the Investment Committee. His work spans investment management, trading strategy, and comprehensive financial planning—allowing him to deliver thoughtful, disciplined solutions tailored to each client’s goals. Justin is especially passionate about being part of a team that prioritizes integrity, collaboration, and giving back to the local community.

Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tampa and later achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, reflecting his commitment to the highest standards of professional excellence.

His career in financial services began early, working alongside his father while still in college. Justin’s father served clients in Sun City Center, Florida for more than 25 years and instilled in him the values of trust, care, and long-term relationships. Following his father’s passing in 2011, Justin has continued to carry on that legacy—building meaningful client relationships rooted in empathy, responsibility, and service.

Deeply involved in the community, Justin is the founder of the Future Lancer Business Leaders program at Cambridge Christian, where he attended school. He is an active member of Bayside Community Church in Bradenton, a regular blood donor, and volunteers with the Bradenton Humane Society.

A lifelong Florida native, Justin has a strong appreciation for the outdoors and an active lifestyle. He regularly plays basketball, tennis, and pickleball, and is an avid runner—logging more than 1,700 miles over the past year.

Justin lives in the Sanctuary Cove community in Palmetto, Florida with his wife, Alicia, who works in healthcare. They share their home with three rescue cats: Simba, Tigger, and Stormy.
